Importing invoices into MYOB allows you to seamlessly bring invoice data exported from Cerely into your accounting software for payment tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.

How to Import Service Invoices into MYOB

Importing into MYOB:

1. Open your MYOB software

2. Navigate to File > Import/Export Assistant

3. Select Import Data, then choose Sales

4. Choose the correct Sales layout (e.g., Service or Item)

5. Click Next, then browse and select the exported file from Cerely

6. On the field-matching screen, ensure all Cerely invoice fields (e.g., Customer, Date, Amount) are correctly mapped to MYOB fields

7. Click Import to upload

8. Review the Import Log to confirm all records have been processed without errors

Tip: Ensure Customer Names in Cerely exactly match those in MYOB to avoid mismatches.

Your invoices are now successfully imported into MYOB
