Editing a client contact in Cerely allows you to keep key contact details up to date, ensuring accurate communication records across client sites, tasks, and reporting.
Follow the steps below to edit a contact to an existing client in Cerely:
1. Navigate to the client tab from the main menu

2. Select the client from the list you wish to edit contacts to

3. From the left-hand menu bar, select client contacts

4. Select the contact you want to update/edit in the list and click on their name to open the contact’s profile

5. Select the edit button to Edit the contact’s information. The contact profile screen will appear, allowing you to update any of the fields as required

6. Once you’ve made the necessary updates, click Save Changes to apply them

The updated contact information will now be saved and reflected throughout the platform.
