What is Cerely?

Cerely is our new workforce management mobile app. You’ll use this app to view and manage your shifts, rosters, timesheets, write incident reports, and scan checkpoints.


How do I get the Cerely app?

You will receive an email invitation from Cerely to activate your account.


Once received:

  1. Follow the link to activate your account
  2. Download the Cerely app to your mobile phone

I can’t log in to the Cerely app


You must activate your account before logging in.
If you haven’t received your activation email:

  • Check your Spam or Junk Mail folders

  • Or contact our office directly: (Insert Contact Number)

How do I get my roster or new shifts?

  • You’ll receive an app notification when rosters are published

  • New shifts may be offered directly via call or SMS

  • Available shifts will also appear in the Cerely app


Please check your messages and app notifications frequently for shift updates

Use your registered email address to reset your password directly in the app

What if I don’t want the shift that is offered?

  • Open the shift offer in the Cerely app and select ‘Reject’
  • The Operations team will be notified automatically

I’m sick or unavailable to work


Please contact us immediately via phone or SMS: (Insert Number)
You cannot cancel a rostered shift through the app


How do I view my full roster?

Use the Roster button in the Cerely app to view your complete roster and shift details

I can’t see any notifications from Cerely

Ensure notifications are enabled in your mobile phone’s Settings

My availability has changed

  • You must give at least 2 weeks' notice to change your availability

  • If you cannot attend an upcoming shift, contact Operations immediately

  • You can use the Cerely app to update your availability 2 weeks in advance

You can update details such as:

  • Phone number

  • Email

  • Postal address

  • Emergency contact

How do I clock in or out of my shift?

Use the Time Clock button in the Cerely app once you arrive onsite
